Our mow services are offered on a weekly or biweekly basis. Standard offering is mowing, weedeating, edging, and blowing. Hedging is offered at an additional cost depending on the size and number of hedges. Our average contract is biweekly annual.

Yes. Our agreement will state our frequency of service down to the day of the week. We do not guarantee particular times of day, as our route speed fluctuates based on natural factors out of our control.

We use a 48” Electric Zero Turn and a 20” Gas Push Mower. Our standard practice is to only use the push mower where space necessitates, but can use push mower as otherwise requested, with considerations made for additional time and cost.

Tallahassee is called the “city of trees,” which also means it is a “city of leaves.” Most lawn companies simpl blow leaves into the flower beds or woodline of the property. This is our standard offering, but leaf cleanup and haulaway pricing can b offered on request.

Typically, we do not bag grass as it is not considered Florida Friendly practice. Grass clippings fix nitrogen in the soil. However, bagging can be done with consideration for additional time and cost.
